Event/Building Request

We require this form to be completed for planning an event as well as requesting to use the church building(s) as a part of the stewardship of what the Lord has blessed us as a church with. 

Please request 4 weeks ahead of time so we can properly prepare/promote for your event. If for some reason you do not have enough time, please explain the urgency below. Thank you!
