Awaken Group Host Home Interest Form

The goal of Awaken Groups is to grow together as disciples of Jesus. We do this by gathering together to study God's Word, surrender to accountability, and purposefully build community within the church. By filling out this form you are expressing interest in opening up your home for a group to meet in. Our groups leader will follow up with you to talk through the expectations and details of hosting a group.
